Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP Represents Logwin AG in Acquisition and Expansion into the United States

ATLANTA (February 27, 2026) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (“SGR”) is pleased to announce that the Firm served as legal counsel to Logwin Logistics US in the acquisition of equity and assets of a long-standing cooperation partner in air and ocean freight as well as customs clearance, with operations in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Savannah.

This acquisition expands Logwin’s activities in the U.S., laying the foundation for further growth, particularly in air and ocean freight business and enables Logwin to further strengthen its global network, serve customer requirements more directly, and strategically leverage growth opportunities in transpacific and transatlantic trade. Headquartered in Luxembourg, Logwin AG provides efficient logistics and transport solutions worldwide, with 190 locations on six continents.
