About Theodore

Theodore Dokko advises and defends employers across the full spectrum of employment law, with a focus on high-stakes litigation, including wage-and-hour class and representative actions. He partners with clients to navigate California’s complex regulatory landscape, manage workplace risk, and implement practical, litigation-ready strategies. Known for strategic judgment and efficient dispute resolution, he handles matters through arbitration, trial, and appeal.

Drawing on deep experience in California employment law, Theodore represents employers in matters involving wage-and-hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secret, and employee classification issues. His practice encompasses individual, class and representative actions in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.

In his day-to-day counselling practice, Theodore advises employers, in-house counsel, and HR teams on compliance, risk management, and workplace policies.
