Career Opportunities
Smith Gambrell & Russell actively hires attorneys and business professionals at all levels to fill specific needs within the firm.
In all cases, the need for a lateral attorney will be dictated by the growth of a particular practice or by vacancies created as associates pursue other opportunities. Lateral applicants interview principally with the attorneys working in the area of their substantive expertise, so that their skills and experience can be properly assessed and appreciated. This gives the applicant an opportunity to observe the caliber and depth of experience of attorneys at the firm and the types of work available.
