Madeline "Maddy" Wakim is a corporate transactional attorney who serves clients across diverse industries, providing strategic guidance on complex corporate transactions to both buyers and sellers. She distinguishes herself through her hands-on experience managing high-value deals and her ability to balance stakeholder objectives with practical business solutions. She has extensive experience working on a wide variety of deals, including those with representation and warranty insurance, rollovers and earnouts. Her work spans sectors such as energy, healthcare, software, and natural resources, offering clients clarity and efficiency in navigating legal challenges during transactions.

Maddy also serves as a trusted outside general counsel to companies across a wide range of industries, providing practical, business‑focused general counsel support to clients at all stages of growth. Maddy regularly advises clients on commercial contracting, corporate governance, regulatory considerations, and general business risk management. Her practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad array of agreements, including services agreements, consulting and independent contractor agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, licensing and confidentiality agreements, employment‑related agreements, and other operational contracts essential to running a business.

In her free time, Maddy enjoys competing her dressage horse and spending time with her husband.
