ATLANTA (May 10, 2021) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as legal counsel to Aptitude Health Holdings, LLC (Aptitude Health), a global healthcare company, in a merger transaction whereby Linden Capital Partners (Linden), a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm acquired a majority interest in Aptitude Health. The transaction closed May 3, 2021.

The primary SGR Legal Team included Partner Jonathan Minnen, Partner Tom Hong, and Associates Heiko Gruenwald and Hen Feder in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Partners Susan Atkinson in the Health Care Practice, Brandon Sherlinski in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice, and Kate Rowe in the Intellectual Property Practice also assisted.
