R. Danielle Burnette received a 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Commercial Litigation in Atlanta.

William E. Burnett received a 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Litigation - Construction in Atlanta.

Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch awards are recognitions given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the United States. "Ones to Watch" recipients typically have been in practice for 5-9 years.

Danielle Burnette is an Associate in SGR’s Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta. Her practice includes advising clients on their diverse needs in the areas of commercial litigation, land use, and employment law. Ms. Burnette represents clients in federal and state trial courts throughout Georgia. She received both her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and her J.D. from the University of Georgia.

William Burnett is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of SGR’s Atlanta office. His practice is focused on the representation of project owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in various construction transactions and disputes. Mr. Burnett previously worked at a boutique law firm. Prior to practicing law, he served as an accounting professional at one of the country’s largest construction management firms. Mr. Burnett received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University and his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law.

Christopher De Los Reyes an Associate in SGR’s New York Immigration Practice. His practice concentrates in the area of U.S. immigration and nationality law, specializing in employment and family based immigration and management of global workforce mobility programs for multinational corporations. Mr. De Los Reyes received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in New York.

Vincent Pulignano is an Associate in the Real Estate and Corporate practices of SGR’s Jacksonville office. He practices in general business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, commercial agreements, securities law and sports-law issues, and commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, sales and development, commercial leasing, and finance. Mr. Pulignano received his B.B.A. in Business Management, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

Dexterrie Ramirez is an Associate in SGR’s Real Estate Practice in New York where she represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. Ms. Ramirez also assists developers and property owners in the resolution of matters associated with the construction and renovation of properties. Previously, Ms. Ramirez was on a legal team that successfully negotiated the terms and conditions of real estate developments. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. degree from the City University of New York School of Law.
