ATLANTA (February 3, 2017) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the firm served as legal counsel to Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group in its acquisition by Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA). The transaction, which closed on January 12, 2017, includes both Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group and Trinity’s facility-focused brand Simpli Fi Managed Services (collectively, Trinity).

Trinity is a healthcare staffing agency focused on placing travel nurses on assignments in all 50 states as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Trinity’s Simpli Fi Managed Services division provides contingent healthcare workforce services to hospitals across the country.

As two of the fastest-growing travel nurse staffing agencies in the industry, TNAA and Trinity emphasize placing talented caregivers in jobs they love through a transparent process with unmatched customer service. By acquiring Trinity, TNAA will be able to supply travel nurses with a wider variety of travel assignments and, in turn, provide client facilities with a larger pool of highly qualified travel nurses.
