ATLANTA (November 18, 2019) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the firm served as legal counsel to Tecum Equity Partners (Tecum Equity) in its purchase of Pinnacle Cranes, a leading Link-Belt and Manitex dealer in North Carolina and South Carolina. In partnership with Western Allegheny Capital, LLC, Tecum Equity is a Pittsburgh, PA-based family office investment vehicle.

A division of CTE, Pinnacle Cranes is a crane service company offering crane solutions to all construction and construction related industries throughout the Carolinas and in Southeastern markets. The company will continue to operate as Pinnacle Cranes out of its current service facilities in Charlotte and Raleigh. A search is underway for a new headquarters to meet future market demands.
