Addison Schreck joins the firm’s Real Estate Practice in Atlanta, where she guides clients through all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition and financing to development, leasing, and asset management.

Before joining SGR, Addison advised clients on complex real estate acquisitions, commercial loan transactions, and development projects across the United States. Her experience included negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, property management agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, and commercial leases for office, retail, and industrial properties.
