About Addison
Addison J. Schreck is Counsel in the firm's Real Estate Practice, where she guides clients through all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition and financing to development, leasing, and asset management.
Before joining SGR, Addison advised clients on complex real estate acquisitions, commercial loan transactions, and development projects across the United States. Her experience included negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, property management agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, and commercial leases for office, retail, and industrial properties.
Earlier in her career, she advised municipal entities on real estate matters and handled title review, title curative issues, and title insurance policy issuance.
Drawing on experience across acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and the resolution of complex title matters, Addison provides practical, business-focused counsel to clients throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate assets.
