Amanda Attenasio provides transactional real estate services, including representation of purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate matters from contract to closing, as well as issues associated with these transactions, including financing and title matters. Mrs. Attenasio also assists with leasing and refinancing residential and commercial properties. Mrs. Attenasio also handles the representation of condominiums and cooperative housing corporations as transfer agent and general counsel. Mrs. Attenasio received her Juris Doctor Law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Mrs. Attenasio is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. Mrs. Attenasio is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, and the National Organization of Italian American Women.

Representative Experience
- Represented a sponsor in the bulk sale of eleven residential cooperative apartments in New York City for a sale price collectively totaling over $4M. The sold units were a combination of rent stabilized, vacant and market rented apartments.
- Represented a residential purchaser, a husband and wife, with their first-time purchase in New York City. The acquisition included interest in a cooperative apartment for $3.45M. Services included extensive review of cooperative building documents, completion of due diligence and preparation of due diligence memorandum to client, negotiation of Contract, preparation for closing, and handling of closing.
- Represented a Church in the sale of real property in West Harrison, New York. The sale included the application for approval of the sale by the New York State Attorney General pursuant to Sections 510 and 510-a of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law and Section 12 of the Religious Corporations Law.
- Assisted in the representation of a client in a $159M acquisition and related mortgage/mezzanine financing of an open-air shopping center with nearly one million square feet of retail space located in Austin, Texas.
- Assisted in the representation of a client in a $1.25M refinancing of an 843,000 square foot open-air luxury shopping center located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
