ATLANTA (January 20, 2017) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the firm served as legal counsel to Zschimmer & Schwarz, Inc., one of the leading manufacturers of high performance specialty chemicals, in its acquisition of the LEXOLUBE Division from INOLEX, Inc. The transaction, which closed on January 3, 2017, expands Zschimmer & Schwarz’s existing business portfolio with additional specialty lubricants and lubricant components to further access a growing and strategically important market.

The SGR Atlanta legal team included Partners Michael Kraus, Tom Hong and Eric Mandus and Associates Sean Rosario and Jonathan Hurt in the Corporate Practice. Associates Courtney Adams Thornton in the Intellectual Property Practice, Matt Moore in the Real Estate Practice and Brandon Sherlinski in the Jacksonville Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice were also on the SGR legal team.
