Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP Welcomes Partner Christopher Tumulty to New York Office

NEW YORK (April 16, 2025) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Christopher Tumulty to the Firm’s New York office.

Mr. Tumulty is a Partner in the Litigation and Real Estate practices. He is an advisor and litigator for clients in the real estate and construction industries, providing strategic counsel and representation in a wide range of legal matters. As outside counsel to condominium and cooperative apartment boards, he offers deep industry insight, advising on all aspects of building management, governance, transactions, and dispute resolution.

In addition, Mr. Tumulty represents clients in complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts and has extensive experience navigating domestic and international arbitration and mediation. He received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from Pace University.
