ATLANTA (September 2, 2026) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (“SGR”) is pleased to announce the arrival of Counsel Kristy Lundy to the Firm’s Atlanta office.

Kristy Lundy joins the Firm’s Litigation Practice in Atlanta. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery issues in complex civil litigation, internal and government investigations, and regulatory matters. She has significant experience managing all phases of the eDiscovery process, including overseeing large-scale document reviews and implementing technology-driven discovery solutions. Kristy leverages her deep knowledge of legal technology platforms to develop efficient, cost-effective, and defensible discovery strategies for clients.

Before joining SGR, Kristy worked as an eDiscovery attorney at a major international law firm for nearly a decade. In that role, she represented automobile, pharmaceutical, and healthcare clients in mass tort litigation, product liability litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters. She also practiced as a litigation associate at a boutique firm, where she handled franchise, real estate, and other commercial disputes.
