About Kristy

Kristy Lundy is Counsel in the firm's Litigation Practice, whose practice focuses on electronic discovery issues in complex civil litigation, internal and government investigations, and regulatory matters. She has significant experience managing all phases of the eDiscovery process, including overseeing large-scale document reviews and implementing technology-driven discovery solutions. Kristy leverages her deep knowledge of legal technology platforms to develop efficient, cost-effective, and defensible discovery strategies for clients.

Before joining SGR, Kristy worked as an eDiscovery attorney at a major international law firm for nearly a decade. In that role, she represented automobile, pharmaceutical, and healthcare clients in mass tort litigation, product liability litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters. She also practiced as a litigation associate at a boutique firm, where she handled franchise, real estate, and other commercial disputes.

Representative Matters

  • Conducted pre-trial discovery for a medical device company in a federal criminal case that resulted in a unanimous not-guilty verdict for both the client and its CEO.
  • Assisted in managing a team of 50 lawyers in a review of over 3 million documents for a Fortune 50 company in connection with product liability litigation.
  • Managed a team of 20 lawyers in a Technology Assisted Review of 100,000 documents for a health plan in connection with multi-district litigation.
  • Conducted internal audit of managed care contracts for one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S.
  • Prepared written discovery responses and objections served on a healthcare provider in a qui tam lawsuit.
