About Victoria
Victoria is an asset finance lawyer focusing primarily on aviation finance and cross-border leasing transactions. She advises airlines, operating lessors, financial institutions and export credit agencies on a range of multi-jurisdictional matters, including aircraft trading transactions, lease agreements, structured financings, sale and leasebacks, restructurings and portfolio transfers. Prior to joining SGR, Victoria was a member of Norton Rose Fulbright’s London Asset Finance team and spent time on secondment in the firm’s New York office. She also completed a six-month secondment to the export credit team of an international bank.

- Advising a syndicate of lenders on a revolving credit facility for an engine lessor and related accession to an intercreditor agreement and shared security package.
- Advising an aircraft lessor on the leasing of an aircraft to a Greenland-based airline.
- Advising an operating lessee on the novations of a portfolio of seven aircraft.
- Advising export credit agencies on the JOLCO financing of one aircraft for a Middle Eastern airline.
- Advising a syndicate of lenders on the ITASCA-backed financing of three aircraft for a Turkish airline.
