    Ms. Smith earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where she graduated with honors and served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. After her first year of law school, she was a Summer Law Clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Georgia. During her time at Emory, Ms. Smith worked as a Clinic Intern in the Barton Public Policy and Legislative Advocacy Clinics. Additionally, she served as a dedicated member of the Emory Public Interest Committee and Emory Chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.
