After her family, Dana’s passion lies in solving puzzles, including solutions to tax and trust and estate issues.

Dana advises high-net-worth individuals and families, guiding them through complex tax, estate and trust planning to achieve their personal and philanthropic goals. Dana has collaborated closely with family advisors on succession planning for family businesses, providing comprehensive support that integrates legal and financial considerations.

Dana has extensive experience involving sophisticated tax planning, the probate and administration of estates and trusts, qualified retirement plan assets and IRAs, and the preparation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Dana advises executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts from probate to the preparation of estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax planning, the preparation of accountings, and the settlement of the estate or trust. She also counsels beneficiaries on their interests, ensuring clarity and alignment with their goals.

Her guidance extends to preparing wills and estate planning documents that fulfill both personal and philanthropic ambitions while facilitating tax-efficient wealth transfer.  Additionally, she advises charitable and other tax-exempt organizations on their governance and operation.
