Robert C. Hussle

Robert (Bob) Hussle is a partner in the Firm’s corporate group and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Bob advises private and public companies by guiding them through complex mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and securities compliance. With over 35 years of experience, he distinguishes himself by providing a comprehensive resource for corporate transactions and capital markets matters.  He seeks to understand the business objectives of his clients and then delivers prompt, practical advice aligning with those objectives.  As one client said, “His work has been consistently excellent, and I consider him my business partner not just our corporate counsel.
