About Sarah

Sarah T. Gordon is a creative and unconventional thinker who entered the legal field after 15 years in the real world.  She approaches her work with practicality and empathy, knowing that understanding why is the key to figuring out how to get there.

She began her journey in law as a paralegal, working full time while attending law school at night.  Her practice focuses on business litigation and white collar criminal defense but has also included healthcare law, products liability, antitrust, estate litigation, and many others.

Sarah’s work consists largely of drafting and filing pleadings and motions, legal research, discovery, and preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She also works with clients responding to government subpoenas and civil investigative demands, gathering, reviewing, and producing responsive documents.  She excels at anything requiring a deep dive, attention to detail, and sharp writing skills.  Her favorite project is a sentencing memo.

Before becoming an attorney, Sarah worked in television, focusing on live, international sports and news events, including a two-year assignment in St. Petersburg, Russia, and work on the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Subsequent projects also took her to Hong Kong, Egypt and Australia.

A proud northern New Englander, Sarah was transplanted to Atlanta many years ago.  She still misses the snow.
