About Danielle
Danielle Comanducci serves as a strategic advisor to her clients, combining practical business judgment with a cross-disciplinary legal practice to help clients navigate complex corporate and transactional matters. She works closely with clients on a day-to-day basis, providing practical, business-oriented solutions in real time while helping them navigate larger strategic decisions.
She advises domestic and international clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, frequently acting in an outside general counsel capacity. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, loan transactions, corporate governance, and not-for-profit tax exemption matters.
Danielle also counsels clients on intellectual property and digital media issues, including trademark and copyright prosecution, registration, enforcement, and licensing. She has experience structuring and negotiating transactions involving intellectual property rights, digital content, and electronic distribution, and regularly handles related disputes, including trademark and copyright infringement matters.
In addition, Danielle advises on the corporate and transactional aspects of real estate development, representing investors, developers, and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements, and providing strategic counsel on the legal and business issues that arise throughout the development lifecycle.
A native French and English speaker, Danielle is also actively involved in the firm’s French practice and regularly works with French and cross-border clients.
Danielle received a License in Law from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis Law School in Nice, France and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in New York.

- Represented not-for-profit organizations in the formation and structuring of tax-exempt entities, including preparation of organizational and governance documents, filing for tax exemption, and advising on compliance and ongoing operational matters.
