About Ashley
Ashley Carlisle is located in the Firm’s Jacksonville and Tampa offices and focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation, to include contract, business, and insurance disputes, real property litigation, trust and estate matters, and appellate practice.
Ashley previously worked as a Summer Associate for the Firm and as a Summer Clerk at the University of North Florida Office of the General Counsel. In her current practice, Ashley represents clients in all stages of commercial litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeal. Her practice involves developing case strategy, preparing matters for hearings, mediation, and trial, and working closely with clients to manage ongoing case needs.

- Achieved multiple affirmances for clients before the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.
- Represented hospital in a contract dispute resulting in a $1.3 million damages award on summary judgment.
- Represented land developer through a favorable trial outcome in a zoning dispute against a municipal government.
