Brandon C. Dodd is a commercial real estate lawyer who advises investors, sponsors, developers, financial institutions on complex acquisitions, dispositions, development projects and financing transactions across the United States. Known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, Brandon helps clients navigate sophisticated transactions efficiently whiling minimizing risk and keeping deals on track to close.

Brandon regularly leads large, multi-state transactions involving diverse asset classes, including medical office, multi-family, retail, and industrial properties. He coordinates and manages cross-functional teams of attorneys, paralegals, and stakeholders to execute closings seamlessly, often under tight timelines and with competing business objectives.

In his day-to-day practice, Brandon serves as a strategic partner to his clients — structuring deals, identifying and resolving issues early, and providing clear, actionable guidance from initial term sheet through closing. He has significant experience representing both borrowers and lenders in complex financing arrangements, including multi-state portfolio loans, construction loans and syndicated credit facilities. In addition, Brandon represents landlords and tenants in negotiating and structuring office, retail, and industrial leases, including sale-leaseback transactions.

In connection with his real estate practice, Brandon advises clients on corporate and general business matters, including entity formation, governance and corporate contracts.

Outside of his practice, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, Florida Gators sporting events and saltwater fishing, often taking advantage of Northeast Florida’s numerous waterways.

• Serves as external leasing counsel for corporate client with over 100 locations in the United States, routinely negotiating commercial office leases, lease amendments, SNDAs and tenant estoppels.
