About Carly

Carly M. Allen is a litigator in Smith Gambrell & Russell’s New York office who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. While at SGR, Carly has represented corporate clients in a wide range of cases, including contract disputes, class actions, and other commercial matters. In addition to her broader commercial litigation practice, Carly works in SGR’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group and has experience with complex coverage disputes and reinsurance arbitration. Carly also maintains an active labor and employment practice and has represented employers in federal and state court actions involving employment contract disputes, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, and class action litigation under the WARN Act.
