Bruce McDonald is a Partner in SGR’s Washington, D.C. Intellectual Property Practice. His practice focuses on trademark and copyright law, including trademark registration and clearance opinions, investigations and enforcement litigation. Mr. McDonald also represents innovative drug developers in the negotiation of licensing agreements and represents a pharmaceutical association with the protection of intellectual property in pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
