About Stephanie

Stephanie Sadler is the Director of Professional Development and Integration at Smith Gambrell & Russell and is based in the firm's Atlanta office. In this role, she leads the firm's attorney professional development strategy, overseeing legal skills training, integration initiatives, mentoring programs, leadership development, and the Firm’s continuing legal education (CLE) function. She partners with firm leadership and practice groups to design and implement programs that support attorney growth, engagement, and career success at every stage of practice.

Prior to joining the Professional Development team, Stephanie practiced law for more than 12 years in California and Georgia. As a litigator, her practice focused on business and commercial disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring, and real estate litigation.

Stephanie is a certified professional coach, having earned her certification through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She coaches attorneys and business professionals on leadership, communication, career development, and professional effectiveness.
