ATLANTA (May 11, 2021) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as legal counsel to Whitaker-Taylor, a human resources (HR) technology company based in North America and the Netherlands, in its acquisition by HR Path, a global leader and expert in the field of HR.

Whitaker-Taylor’s expertise in SAP SuccessFactors will enhance HR Path’s SAP HR service offerings and capabilities. This acquisition is the first investment of HR Path’s recent $136 million financing plan to continue its international growth and expand its value proposition within the company’s current footprint in the United States and Europe.
