ATLANTA (March 7, 2018) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as legal counsel to Mudlick Mail, LLC, a direct mail provider, in its sale to an affiliate of Clearview Capital, LLC, a private equity firm.

Headquartered in Acworth, Georgia, Mudlick Mail provides turnkey, data-driven direct mail and related marketing solutions primarily to small and medium-sized businesses in a variety of consumer services industries, including automotive, healthcare, and home.

The SGR Atlanta legal team included Partner John Ethridge, Partner Nick Rueter, and Associate Jonathan Hurt in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with Partner Rett Peaden handling Tax Law. Associate Quinn Baker and Partner Lisa Carrasco in the Jacksonville Employee Benefits Practice also assisted.
