ATLANTA (October 18, 2017) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the law firm served as legal counsel to international consultancy firms IFOK GmbH (IFOK) and Meister Consultants Group, Inc. (MCG) in the sustainability management firms’ acquisition by Cadmus Group LLC (Cadmus), a leading consultant in energy, homeland security and all-hazard preparedness, climate, the natural and built environments, sustainable transportation, public health, and international development.

Servicing clients in the U.S. and across the globe as part of the Meister Group, MCG and IFOK were formed to drive innovative solutions to complex challenges facing clients in sustainability, energy, climate change, and mobility. The firms’ combined locations within Germany and in Boston establish Cadmus’ first offices outside North America while complementing its current footprint in multiple cities, including Boston, across the U.S. With a shared unique, consultative approach to change management and next generation processes, the merger of the three firms enhances the service offered to clients in support of their missions and facilitates societal and economic transformation, as well.
