Smith, Gambrell & Russell Represents IFOK and Meister Consultants Group in Acquisition by Cadmus Group LLC
ATLANTA (October 18, 2017) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the law firm served as legal counsel to international consultancy firms IFOK GmbH (IFOK) and Meister Consultants Group, Inc. (MCG) in the sustainability management firms’ acquisition by Cadmus Group LLC (Cadmus), a leading consultant in energy, homeland security and all-hazard preparedness, climate, the natural and built environments, sustainable transportation, public health, and international development.
Servicing clients in the U.S. and across the globe as part of the Meister Group, MCG and IFOK were formed to drive innovative solutions to complex challenges facing clients in sustainability, energy, climate change, and mobility.
