ATLANTA (January 29, 2019) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as legal counsel to Georgia Pain and Wellness Center, a medical management services organization, in its acquisition by Fulcrum Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based growth equity firm focused on providing expansion capital to rapidly growing technology and healthcare companies.

The SGR legal team included Partner John C. Ethridge, Jr., along with Partner Rett Peaden and associates Jonathan Hurt and Nick Flint, all in the Atlanta Mergers and Acquisitions Practice.

Founded in 2014 and based in Lawrenceville, GA, Georgia Pain and Wellness Center is a management services organization that provides administrative and support services to nine interventional pain management clinics and four ambulatory surgery centers in Metro Atlanta.
