Smith, Gambrell & Russell Represents Faye Business Systems Group in Merger with Intelestream

ATLANTA (November 14, 2019) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the firm served as legal counsel to Faye Business Systems Group (FayeBSG), a technology consulting and financial software company, in its merger with fellow SugarCRM partner, Intelestream, a customer relationship management (CRM) product development and consulting firm.

The merger of two of the leading SugarCRM partners expands the organization’s collective footprint to include offices across the United States and in Europe and South America. The new entity’s customer base will benefit from the vast array of combined experienced global services and products, as well as 24/7 support capabilities with the most complete SugarCRM add-on solution catalog in the industry.

The Intelestream team will merge into FayeBSG, and the Intelestream name will be phased out.
