LONDON, U.K. (January 20, 2026) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (“SGR”) is pleased to announce the arrival of Patrick Swain, Partner in the Litigation Practice and leader of the UK Commercial Litigation team to the firm’s London office.

With extensive international experience, Mr. Swain has practiced in London, New York, and Hong Kong, advising clients on high-profile, cross-border disputes. He has also been a trusted adviser for clients navigating disputes in many other jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, BVI, Jersey, DIFC and ADGM.
