Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP Represented Aventure Aviation in Successful Acquisition of 12 Boeing 737NG Aircraft
ATLANTA (July 23, 2025) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP was pleased to advise Aventure Aviation, an industry leading aftermarket aviation parts supplier, in the successful acquisition of twelve Boeing 737NG aircraft formerly owned and operated by Alaska Airlines. The acquisition is the company’s largest aircraft purchase to date. The transaction involved aircraft with a single-owner operational history, enhancing traceability and component reliability. The acquisition supports Aventure’s continued growth and inventory expansion ahead of its new facility opening in Peachtree City.
