An Evening with the Honorable Walter Davis

Speaking Engagement
 | 5:30pm to 8:00pm ET

Join the Smith Gambrell Russell Litigation team on our Sky Terrace and greenspace for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a special presentation by the Honorable Walter Davis, and an added social hour overlooking the beautiful Atlanta skyline.

Walter W. Davis is the inaugural judge for the newly created Georgia State-wide Business Court. Judge Davis was appointed by Governor Kemp in July 2019, and unanimously confirmed in a joint session of the Judicial Committees of the Georgia General Assembly. He formally began his 5-year term in January 2020.

Judge Davis will present the case for a dedicated business court, address jurisdictional and other issues relevant to practice before the Court, and reflect on the Business Court as it nears its two-year anniversary.
