Vanessa Verde is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. Verde focuses on transactional real estate and cooperative and condominium law. She advises clients on a wide range of matters, including the representation of purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions from contract to closing and title review. Ms. Verde handles cooperative and condominium general counsel and transfer agent representation as well as amendments to governing documents. She also assists cooperative and condominium clients with refinancing their underlying mortgages and matters related to cooperative annual shareholder meetings.
Prior to joining Smith Gambrell, Ms. Verde gained experience at several New York real estate law firms. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was active in the Real Estate Society, and her B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Geneseo. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
