Terry Ferraro Schwartz

Terry Ferraro Schwartz's practice is primarily devoted to securities law, corporate governance, and general corporate law representation of the Firm’s clients whose securities are publicly traded. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and bank regulatory matters for smaller community banks. Terry has advised and guided boards of directors for many years, in corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance and best practices.

Terry’s career experience includes public company securities reporting and compliance matters, corporate governance, public and private offerings of securities, going private transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Terry has also assisted community banks in the Southeast with regulatory and corporate matters for many years, beginning with their organizational phase.

She has represented public company clients in a number of different industries, including automotive sales and finance, banking, gaming, health information contract management services, medical technology devices, retail floor coverings, retail furniture/home furnishings, satellite communications equipment, school bus manufacturing, software technology for the retail and hospitality industries, steel manufacturing, trucking and transportation and wireless telecommunications.
