About Tom

Thomas Rhodes has practiced antitrust and trade-regulation law on a national scale for more than 35 years.

Tom's clients include airlines and producers of copper wire, buses, sporting goods, industrial machinery, medical devices, aluminum products, motor homes, construction products, agricultural products, paper, steel, ceramics, food products, automotive parts, juvenile products, and chemicals, as well as hospitals and trade and professional associations. Tom has been lead counsel in large antitrust cases and has handled the antitrust side of mergers and acquisitions. He represents a number of trade and professional associations as antitrust counsel or general counsel.

Tom is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in Antitrust Law, annually identified on the Georgia Super Lawyers list and selected as one of America's Leading Lawyers for Business in antitrust by Chambers USA. He is also listed as a Leading Lawyer by the Practical Law Company for 2012. He is a Life Member of the American Law Institute.

Tom graduated from Davidson College in 1968 and the University of Virginia Law School in 1971.
