About Tiffany

Tiffany Torchia advises clients on a broad range of aviation transactions, including the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of aircraft and aircraft engines. She helps clients navigate complex arrangements by supporting deal execution, coordinating transaction documents, and addressing issues that arise with cross-border aviation matters. Her practice is grounded in a detail-oriented approach focused on allowing clients to move transactions forward efficiently.

Tiffany’s interest in aviation and international law is reinforced by substantial international academic and professional experience. During law school, she served as Student Researcher for the Dean Rusk International Law Center and studied in Belgium and the Netherlands through the Global Governance Summer School, where she focused on human rights and space law. She also served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court team and competed internationally in the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in New York and Austria, developing strong written and oral advocacy skills in complex commercial disputes.

Tiffany is also well-versed in international affairs given her experience during a Global Externship Overseas with the Data Privacy Commissioner of Bermuda, where she gained experience in data privacy, legislative work, and regulatory matters. While in law school, she also served as a teaching assistant for legal writing and as Vice President of the Dean’s Ambassadors, reflecting her strong academic foundation, leadership, and commitment to service.
