About Emily
Emily Mirabella advises and represents clients in international arbitration and commercial litigation matters, including both cross-border and domestic disputes. She helps clients navigate complex legal challenges with a practical, detail-oriented approach and a focus on clear, efficient solutions. Her practice includes a range of business disputes, including employment discrimination, insurance defense, and contract disputes.
Emily previously worked with Smith Gambrell & Russell as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk, where she gained experience across a variety of litigation matters. She also served as a Summer Legal Intern with Hydro Extrusion North America, where she worked on contract drafting and compliance initiatives.
While at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Emily served as Lead Article Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, earned a Trial Advocacy Certificate, and competed on moot court teams.
