About Michael

Michael F. Holbein is a commercial litigator and restructuring lawyer. He advises financially distressed businesses and individuals in debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and bankruptcy alternatives. He also represents parties in state and federal court litigation and secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructuring. Michael is a seasoned litigator with significant experience at both the state and federal trial and appellate levels, prosecuting and defending complex, seven- and eight-figure commercial disputes, fraudulent-transfer and preference claims, lien-avoidance litigation, dischargeabiltiy lawsuits, and contempt actions for violations of the automatic stay and discharge injunction.
