About Michael
Michael F. Holbein is a commercial litigator and restructuring lawyer. He advises financially distressed businesses and individuals in debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and bankruptcy alternatives. He also represents parties in state and federal court litigation and secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructuring.
