Erin P. McCallum is a Partner in the Corporate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. McCallum represents domestic and international clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and general corporate representation.
Ms. McCallum’s practice focuses on serving as external corporate counsel to clients at all stages of the business lifecycle. Her experience ranges from advising emerging companies on entity formation and debt and equity fundraising rounds, to assisting established organizations on commercial growth initiatives in domestic and cross-border transactions, to supporting both buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Ms. McCallum routinely represents clients across several industries, with a focus on technology, transportation (including, unmanned aircraft systems), manufacturing and professional services.
Ms. McCallum received her A.B.J. in public relations, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia. She continued her education at the University of Georgia where she earned her J.D. from the School of Law, cum laude. Ms. McCallum is licensed to practice law with the State Bar of Georgia.
Outside of the office, Ms. McCallum is involved with many community and business organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Ellevate Women’s Network, and the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. Ms. McCallum is also involved with the Atlanta tennis community as a member of both ALTA and USTA.
