About Maureen
Maureen P. McAneny has 25 years of litigation experience working at various large law firms in the Atlanta area, with much of that time spent working closely with in-house counsel at Fortune 100 companies. She has experience in commercial and bankruptcy litigation, consumer litigation, and products liability defense.
Maureen currently focuses on defending product liability claims against a hair product manufacturer in dozens of cases in Georgia state courts, as well as bankruptcy litigation. In her previous roles, Maureen defended a Fortune 100 credit card company nationally in bankruptcy litigation. She also defended one of the largest shipment and logistics companies in the world against claims involving the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act, and defended a credit reporting agency against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

- Handled discovery functions in products liability litigation including coordination of document production and preparation of privilege logs, and assisted in revising records retention policy for a large corporation.
