About Matthew

Matthew Singer represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation and arbitration proceedings involving employment disputes, class actions, securities matters, and issues related to trademarks, copyright, and rights of publicity. Matthew uses his unique blend of legal experience and artistic insight to distil complex legal frameworks into clear guidance, manage competing stakeholder demands, and counsel clients through critical, risk-laden decisions.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew developed significant litigation experience representing plaintiffs in a broad range of matters, including civil rights violations, sexual harassment claims, elder abuse and neglect cases, product liability actions, premises liability disputes, and other catastrophic injury matters. He managed cases from inception through resolution, helping clients navigate complex disputes while developing practical strategies tailored to their personal, business, and litigation objectives.

Outside the office, Matthew is a musician, enthusiast of theater and the arts, and proud father to a rowdy but loving dog.
