Mackenzie Krage

Mackenzie Krage advises corporate clients on a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business counseling. She also assists clients with complex commercial agreements and strategic business initiatives.

As a member of the Corporate Practice Group, Mackenzie works with clients across a variety of industries. She supports transactions and other business matters through drafting, negotiation, and thoughtful legal analysis. She brings a practical, business-minded approach to helping clients navigate legal and commercial considerations while advancing their business objectives.

Before joining the firm as an Associate, Mackenzie was a Summer Associate with Smith, Gambrell & Russell. At Notre Dame Law School, she served as a mediator for the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center, an Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy, and President of the Business Law Forum. She also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Gabriel A. Fuentes of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys good food, discovering new and emerging artists, and spending time with her rescue pup, Fettuccine.
