Cali Kerr is an Associate in the Litigation practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. She represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including multistate employment litigation, large-scale reductions in force and severance compliance, restrictive covenant disputes, and employee handbook development for employers operating across multiple jurisdictions. Cali regularly defends clients before the EEOC and NLRB and counsels employers on day-to-day issues. She also has experience conducting workplace investigations, preparing position statements, representing clients in arbitrations and complex labor hearings, and providing management training on compliance with federal labor laws.

Outside the office, Cali enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
