About John

John F. Weeks IV has helped businesses resolve complex disputes in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation and arbitration, insurance, and civil trial law.

John is national trial counsel to insured and non-insured manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers in reoccurring litigation and class actions with a particular specialty in the firearm and ammunition industries.  In that role, John frequently appears in federal and state trial courts across the U.S., including Alaska, California, New Mexico, Idaho, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Florida.

In addition to regularly advising clients on litigation avoidance through product warnings and safety literature, John has also worked with manufacturers in the development and implementation of nationwide recall and warning campaigns.
