Jeff Kuester serves clients facing complex intellectual property challenges, providing strategic guidance in patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Distinguished by over three decades of experience and leadership in intellectual property law, he offers clients practical clarity and risk mitigation through his deep knowledge and proven track record. Jeff serves a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia. Jeff is ranked as one of the top 100 lawyers in Georgia and one of the top 1,000 patent attorneys in the world by IAM Patent 1000.

Lead of his prior firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Jeff focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, including litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, and counseling. His approach emphasizes practical solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives, ensuring efficient and effective protection of their intellectual assets. Jeff’s leadership extends beyond the firm and has contributed as an adjunct professor at Georgia State University College of Law, where he also held key advisory roles. Outside of work, he balances a busy professional life with a family of five children.
