About Jason

Jason Bell's primary practice area is franchise and distributor litigation. Jason regularly represents franchisors in litigation and arbitration matters across the United States. He also handles other complex commercial litigation matters.

Jason was a member of the Order of the Coif, Order of the Barristers and served as Articles and Comments Editor on the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review.

Jason served as a member of the University of Miami Moot Court Board as well as the 1994 University of Miami International Law Moot Court Team. In 2009, he was selected for inclusion in the Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

Jason received his B.A., cum laude, in political science and sociology from Vanderbilt University in 1991. He received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. Jason was admitted to the Georgia Bar and The Florida Bar in 1994.
