Tonita M. Helton concentrates her practice in business litigation, including trial-level and appellate work on behalf of corporate clients in a variety of state and federal commercial matters including, antitrust, intellectual property, class-action, jurisdictional issues, various tort and contract issues, insurance coverage issues, and various other business-related issues.
