Steven Fox

Prior to joining the Firm, Steve Fox served in various senior-level legal and advisory positions, including on behalf of Goldman Sachs, as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of GreenSky, Inc., a publicly-held financial technology company, and as a founding partner of the Atlanta law firm of Rogers & Hardin LLP, where he counseled publicly and privately-held businesses, boards of directors and board committees, private equity funds and financial advisors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

Steve is a former Chairman of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. His professional recognition includes his selection as “2016 Atlanta Lawyer of the Year” (Mergers & Acquisitions) by The Best Lawyers in America®, his prior selection as one of the top 100 lawyers in Georgia by Atlanta Magazine, and his prior inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America®, Georgia Super Lawyers, The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers and Georgia Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite.
